En modifiant ma proclamation du 28 avril 1916, art. 5 et 6, j'ordonne:

I. A partir d'aujourd'hui jusqu'au 30 août 1916, la circulation dans les rues du territoire de la Ville de Lille est autorisée, de 5 heures du matin à 11 heures du soir (heure nouvelle).

II. Tous les établissements (Cafés, Restaurants, Estaminets, etc.), qui devaient fermer à 10 heures, pourront rester ouverts jusqu'à 11 heures (heure nouvelle).
